From a singular vision to a sanctuary of stillness
In the heart of Paris, amidst the city's relentless rhythm, founder Alexandre Mercier envisioned a different kind of coffee experience. One that transcends the ordinary—where every detail is considered, and every cup tells a story.
What began as a quest for the perfect espresso evolved into something far greater. Alexandre spent years traveling across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra, forging direct relationships with farmers who shared his obsession with quality. He returned with not just exceptional beans, but a philosophy: coffee should be experienced, not just consumed.
In 2018, NOIR Coffee Atelier opened its doors. A space where darkness meets elegance, where the ritual of brewing becomes meditation, and where every visitor discovers what it means to truly taste.
